Cancellation Policy
BOOKING
To book your appointment as a new client I do require a credit card to hold on file. Don't worry! You WILL NOT be
charged until the day of your appointment.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations with less than 24hr notice= 50% fee of the
full price of the reserved service value. Same day cancellations = 100% fee of the full price of the
reserved service value.
NO SHOWS
Failure to show up to your appointment without notice
will result in a canceled appointment and a 100%
cancellation fee.
Please note: if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you may be required to reschedule or downgrade your service.
